Wesley your quad sweep is the only major biggest flaw now, from the back your legs doesn't look enough. But got like 300 days to work on them, surely you'll improve.

If you use the 2nd level bar on the assisted pull up machine it'll be easier to get a full contraction and stretch at the bottom and slowly come up and contract the muscles and the back fibres, that would be easier for a guy that is your height speaking from a guy that's around your height and has the same problems in my gym the lay pull down and this machine are next together so I usually superset as a first exercise
Do you think that switching your workouts up every 12 weeks is important? Would this be beneficial for muscle growth? I suppose that if the muscle is overloaded with exersises that have a different movement path and tension curve every 12 weeks, and focussing on the "new" exercise, this would create a better stimulus? This is something I would assume, but I don't know if I am right. What is your take on this? Is it necessary to switch things up once in a while? I'm always a little bit scared that I might not be getting all of the potential gains out of my workouts, because I'm not switching my workout plan up every 10-14 weeks. Excuse me if I made any language mistakes, I am from Holland too!
Hey wesley, just noticed your workout seems like what is used by dorian yates. Few sets worked before the last working set where you go to failure. The only difference is you count the few sets before the set that you go to failure whereas Yates consider it as 'warm up'🤔

He focuses more on time under tension and mind muscle connection.. Its not about weight... Its about proper contraction.. Rom means nothing if u dont have mind muscle connection

Wesley iam honest. If you dont start training back with squeeze on every rep your smaller muscles wont develop. And use more weight on row not just 110kg on gear. I row 140 natty with squeeze and better form. Concentrate on your form. Rep by rep. You have no intensity in your back training. How you can build a thick back then?

Increase your weights and always do one rep more and push yourself to work hard enough. Also eat enough. Training is not complicated
