I would beg and whine some and she would let me sleep with my head out the screen door. Thanks again mom and who ever put this together.😄

This is so great! I always used to get anxiety in the dark. I've grown very sensitive to light because of my autism, so I couldn't sleep with any lights on either. These videos have really helped me relax in the dark. Now I hardly ever feel anxiety in the dark anymore. I actually feel peaceful. It means such a great deal to me :)
I have been listening to this video for over a year… I struggle with severe anxiety and depression, and this is the only video that I have found that allows me to sleep peacefully.. thank you so much❤
