As far as field testing for alcohol goes, I’d fail miserably! I have Menears disease #1. It’s a narrowing of the inner ear canal. I’ve had so many inner ear infections, I loose my balance if I turn to quickly. #2, I’ve had back surgery they did wrong. I can’t stand on either of my feet one at a time. My only hope would be the breathalyzer. I don’t/can’t drink because of medicine interactions.

Dad on trial: IF the phone was not purchased by him AND/OR was used so that the child could communicate with the parent she was not staying with THEN he was wrong. An alternative would be to get a 'talk-only' phone that she can use to be in touch with her parents, not cutting one parent off from their child.

Which I admit I should have pulled over but stupid me thought "6 more blocks... 4 more blocks..." +cue lights+ never drove that tired again. But they thought I was drunk at first. Thankfully the cop was nice and while I had drank 3 High Noons (seltzer) about 8 hours earlier, my level was so low, I wasn't drunk. She said she could choose to arrest me but didn't believe I was drunk and believed me that I was tired.
