Hey there! It looks like it's time to drive traffic to your store. If you have a strong website, then it's time to focus on this. There are different ways to go about it: some are paid strategies, others are free. If you are looking for free ways to bring visitors into your store, you could try SEO (Search engine optimization), and social media content marketing. This involves creating content about your products on social media and actively engaging with users. For instance, on TikTok, well-made videos have the potential to go viral, which means you could bring organic views into your website without any costs. On the other hand, if you have money to invest, you can also opt for the paid route through advertising. You would need to focus on creating visually appealing and engaging ads to run on social media. what if I have a theme set for my store- like it's mostly household/kitchen appliances lowkey tagetting moms or the clean tok bloggers you see. Should I still keep my audeince broad or I can thin it down a lil? tysm for ur help!!
Hey there! If you have a theme set for your store, it's a good idea to tailor your audience accordingly. While it's important to keep your audience somewhat broad to reach potential customers, you can definitely refine it to target specific demographics or interests that align with your theme. For example, you can narrow down your audience to moms who are interested in home decor or cooking enthusiasts who follow the TikTok bloggers. This allows you to focus your marketing efforts on people who are more likely to be interested in your products, increasing the effectiveness of your campaigns. Experiment with different audience segments and monitor their performance to find the best combination for your store! Hope this helps! If you have any other questions, feel free to let me know :)

Great video,Julia! I have a question..I offer a variety of family gifting products, including Mother’s Day and Father’s Day gifts, gifts for sons, granddaughter, goddaughter, gifts from baby bump, and graduation gifts on my Shopify store. Each gift box contains a necklace and a thoughtful message card, priced between $40 to $90, including shipping. I exclusively sell to customers in the USA. Should I opt for broad targeting or interest targeting? The interests I am thinking to target include Macy’s, Nordstrom, engaged shoppers, online shopping, gifts, and flowers, all relevant to potential gift buyers.
Hey there, you're welcome! For your Shopify store with specific focus on a variety of occasions, your target audience may have diverse interests. Since you exclusively sell to customers in the USA, you might consider a combination of broad and interest targeting. Broad targeting can help you reach a wider audience initially, allowing you to gather data on which types of users engage with your products. However, interest targeting can help you refine your audience further and target people who are more likely to be interested in your specific offerings.
Hey there! When it comes to improving your social media presence, I'd suggest prioritizing a few key factors. Firstly, focus on the quality of your content. Make sure it's visually appealing, informative, and relevant to your audience's interests. Secondly, consistency is key. Regularly posting content keeps your audience engaged and helps maintain visibility on their feeds. Additionally, consider how engaging your content is. Encourage interaction through likes, comments, and shares to boost your reach. Lastly, pay attention to how well your posts are feeding with the platform's algorithms. Hey there! To create policies, here are step-by-step instructions: 1. From your Shopify dashboard, go to 'settings' 2. Scroll down and you'll find 'policies' 3. There you can insert templates for the different policies After they are created, make sure to make them available for your customers inside your online store. To do this, you need to go to 'online store' > 'navigation' and add them to a menu of your website (usually they are located at the footer menu) Hope this helps! If you have any other questions, feel free to reach out :)
@@Shopify-Success, thanks for the info Julia. Now i havr a tricky question. For the refund policy, its written somewhere that the return is not necessary since sending back the item is more expensive, they also advice that we can put our own addrress if we want the item back. If its you? How will you do it? (Apologies)
You're welcome! Refund policies will depend on the specific supplier you're using. For example, Zendrop offers refunds for any product within 30 days. If the return shipping cost is higher than the product cost, it might not be worth having the item sent back. Instead, you could offer a partial refund, replacement, or store credit. If you want to get the item back, you can specify your own address. Hope this helps!
Hey there! I recommend TikTok ads because they can have a significant impact due to the platform's large and engaged user base, especially among younger demographics. Additionally, TikTok's ad platform offers various targeting options and ad formats, allowing for creative and engaging campaigns. While ease of setup is a factor, the primary reason is the potential for high impact and reach on the platform.

Hi, I'm From India And yesterday I Tried To Sell A Product But Unfortunately After Spending 3,000 Indian Rupees I Have Not Gotten Any Sales. My Ads Are Still Running But I Don't Know Should I Kill The Adset Or Keep It Running
Hey there! The shortest duration you should let an ad run on TikTok before considering changing tactics is typically around 3-5 days. This allows enough time for the ad to gather sufficient data for analysis and for the TikTok AI algorithm to optimize its performance. It's essential to monitor key metrics like CTR (click-through rates), CPM (cost per thousand impressions) and conversions during this period to make informed decisions about adjusting your ad strategy.

You're welcome! I'm sorry to hear about the challenges you've faced with running ads. Since TikTok is banned in India and you're focusing on Facebook ads, it's important to carefully follow Facebook's ad policies to prevent any issues with your account. As Shopify and dropshipping works in India and most countries worldwide, the same dropshipping principles apply everywhere. Here's a step-by-step video on how to create and launch a fully functional dropshipping store: th-cam.com/video/Pz6vmVv6YOg/w-d-xo.html If you have any questions, feel free to let me know :)
Hey there! The delivery company will collect the payment in cash from your customer, and then transfer you the exact amount. Keep in mind that this will depend of which courier company are you using.
If you're doing self-fulfillment, it involves managing your own physical products. So when you go to your delivery company to ship your product, you inform them about using Cash On Delivery (COD) and set up the arrangement with them. They'll then transfer the collected cash from the customer to your specified bank account after collection. On the other hand, when you're dropshipping, you need to contact your supplier and explain that you're doing cash on delivery and set it up with them. Hope this helps! If you have any other questions, feel free to let me know :)

I still have the theme template what should i do? He also tried to manipulate me into giving him access to the shopify store what should i do?
Hey there! Be very careful with whom you choose to work online, as many people don't focus on giving value, but taking advantage of people. When hiring people, you can give them access as a team member, so they only have access to certain areas of your store. This way, they have limited access to sensitive information

Hey there! Yes, you got it right! With dropshipping, you don't need to own or hold any inventory yourself. Instead, you partner with suppliers who handle the storage, packaging, and shipping of products directly to your customers. Hi Julia, i was wondering how to make a policy?
Hey there! To create policies, here are step-by-step instructions:
1. From your Shopify dashboard, go to 'settings'
2. Scroll down and you'll find 'policies'
3. There you can insert templates for the different policies
After they are created, make sure to make them available for your customers inside your online store. To do this, you need to go to 'online store' > 'navigation' and add them to a menu of your website (usually they are located at the footer menu)
Hope this helps! If you have any other questions, feel free to reach out :)
@@Shopify-Success Oh thank you maam.
Hope this helps!
so you recommend tik tok ads the most? Is it just cuz they're easier to set up or because they have more impact? 🤔
Thanks for this content! Very helpful!

You are a great teacher i see in TH-cam ❤ My question is Any customer how to buy my product in Shopify ❤ please give reply ❤ Thank you ❤😊
Hey, thank you so much for your lovely feedback!
Here's a video on how to run TikTok ads for beginners: th-cam.com/video/MIq_WYr7zxk/w-d-xo.html
I also recommend you check out this video, it will help you have a better understanding of everything: th-cam.com/video/T6PDYLG43X8/w-d-xo.html

Can I do anything else on shopify apart from dropshipping? Or is it just for that
Hey there! Shopify is not only for dropshipping. While dropshipping is a popular business model that many entrepreneurs use with Shopify due to its ease of setup and integration with dropshipping apps, Shopify is a versatile e-commerce platform that supports various business models. You can use Shopify to sell your own physical products, digital products, services, and more. Many businesses, including traditional retail stores, print-on-demand businesses, subscription services, and online courses, use Shopify to power their online stores.

@@Shopify-Success Thank You So Much For Replying. I'm Unable To Run Ads On TikTok As Tiktok Is Banned In India. I Can Only Depend On Facebook Ads. I Tried Facebook Ads But After Spending $30 They Deactivated My Account. Good News Is I Have An Another Ad Account. :). Could You Please Share Some Tips About Drop Shipping. How Things Work In Foreign Country. It Will Be Helpful To Person Like Us. thank You So Much
You're welcome! I'm sorry to hear about the challenges you've faced with running ads. Since TikTok is banned in India and you're focusing on Facebook ads, it's important to carefully follow Facebook's ad policies to prevent any issues with your account.

Hy Julia, i wanted to ask you that i have set up cash on delivery on my shopify store. I got some orders but will i get my money?? and how??
Hey there! The delivery company will collect the payment in cash from your customer, and then transfer you the exact amount. Keep in mind that this will depend of which courier company are you using.
@@Shopify-Success where it will transfer the money, paypal do not receive money in my currency😢
@@Shopify-Success My supplier is CJ drop shipping. i think i should tell this to CJ manager
Yes, as CJ has a variety of different delivery courier options. If you have any other questions, feel free to let me know :)
Could I make Zendrop, Minea and CJ Dropshipping as my supplier on my Shopify store?
Hey there! You can use multiple suppliers like Zendrop and CJDropshipping in your store. Keep in mind that Minea is a product research tool, not a dropshipping supplier.
If you have any other questions feel free to let me know :) Thanks for watching!
@@Shopify-Success Thanks Julia for the additional info 🥰😇🙏

Hi i got a question so i hired someone on fiverr for 150 he only put 17 products on the shopify store when he claimed he would do 50 products with 30 winning products well he didnt and he also tried to charge me another 80 usd after not even finishing up what i paid for the original 150 anyways i filed a dispute and now hes threatening to grt my store banned and my tiktok acc banned am i at risk? I still have the theme template what should i do? He also tried to manipulate me into giving him access to the shopify store what should i do?
Hey there! Be very careful with whom you choose to work online, as many people don't focus on giving value, but taking advantage of people. When hiring people, you can give them access as a team member, so they only have access to certain areas of your store. This way, they have limited access to sensitive information

so basically, with dropshipping, i don’t exactly own anything so i need no inventory. All i need is to bring customers and sell a third party’s item- and I earn the profit? Did i get this right?
Hey there! Yes, you got it right! With dropshipping, you don't need to own or hold any inventory yourself. Instead, you partner with suppliers who handle the storage, packaging, and shipping of products directly to your customers. Your role is to set up an online store, market the products, and handle customer inquiries and transactions.

Hey if I use your link for the zendop account which means I will get 50% off the next 3 months and 200$ in order credits so if I signed up on your link how do I connect it to my current Shopify store because I am currently in the free zendop plan? Can make a video on that please ? From using your link to sign up on zendop to connecting to my Shopify account
Hey! Congrats on getting started :) Yes, I have a video on this coming out next. The process is simple though. You can connect Shopify to Zendrop in two ways:
Option 1:
- Inside Shopify, go to “Apps”
- Search for “Zendrop”
- Install the Zendrop app and login
- It will connect automatically
Option 2:
- Inside Zendrop, in the top left corner, click on “Connect my store”
- Now it will ask you to enter your Shopify URL
- Go back to Shopify and click on “Settings” in the bottom left
- Click on “Domains”
- Click on your “Primary domain”
- Copy this random address that ends with.myshopify.com
- Paste it in Zendrop
- Done!
Hope this helps! If you have any more questions, feel free to let me know
