1. From your Shopify dashboard, go to 'settings'
2. Scroll down and you'll find 'policies'
3. There you can insert templates for the different policies
After they are created, make sure to make them available for your customers inside your online store. To do this, you need to go to 'online store' > 'navigation' and add them to a menu of your website (usually they are located at the footer menu)

Option 1:
- Inside Shopify, go to “Apps”
- Search for “Zendrop”
- Install the Zendrop app and login
- It will connect automatically
Option 2:
- Inside Zendrop, in the top left corner, click on “Connect my store”
- Now it will ask you to enter your Shopify URL
- Go back to Shopify and click on “Settings” in the bottom left
- Click on “Domains”
- Click on your “Primary domain”
- Copy this random address that ends with.myshopify.com
- Paste it in Zendrop
- Done!
