Hey there puppy lovers 🐶 ! In this pet harness video, I experiment with sewing a custom puppy harness for my adorable BichPoo "Pucci!" She slips out of all the X-small harnesses I purchased so far, so I've decided to experiment on video making her a custom puppy harness. This is all freehand sewing, no pattern or measuring-here I go!

I love this so much, my mom has a little dog thats part chihuahua and yorkie and hes the tiniest thing! As soon as i learn how to sew, ill make her some harnesses!❤ thank you for this

What kind of harness is that you used as a template?
I have no clue of brand bec there’s nothing on it. But it is an extra small dog harness from Walmart.

I just finished freehanding a harness after watching your video. I only had stick on velcro too so I did what you said. WHAT a MESS! I don't know how your machine sewed over the glue in the velcro or it didn't and you didn't warn people. I ruined a needle. It doesn't work with hand sewing either. The glue gets on any needle and doesn't just wipe off easily.
I’m so sorry you had issues. The adhesive does get in the needle a little and I use rubbing alcohol to get it off. This doesn’t always happen though, especially when I use a brand new needle. Also my machine is heavy duty.
That sticky stuff is horrible! I had the same problem. I now buy the one without any adhesive.
