Get a 50mm rad off ebay i think they are around $180. Fan shround might need some trimming to make it fit but i have had my car on track in hot weather for at least 15 minutes and didnt have to cool down once. Highly reccomend
With the radiator, in my auto falcon o had a hole in the trans cooler that leaked trans fluid into my coolant and coolant into my trans. Not sure what your setup is now that you've manual swapped it but it could be a possibility
Is it actually milkshaked or just dirty? If you're driving it hard all the time, you might want to install an exterior trans cooler, or coolant could end up in the trans and it is not fun when that happens.... usually have to replace the trans unless you get onto it fast and then you just need to service the gearbox which is pretty easy, apart from the filler bolt that often strips.
Ive currently got 7 of my own falcons and its very common for e series and au falcons to get sticky lifters and loud injectors and if you want to fix the power steering convert to an astra electronic pump
Good stuff there mate. Should look into fitting a Holden astra electric power steering pump. It’s a standalone unit and will prevent a stock belt driven unit from failing due to high rpm. Just a thought anyways.
Get metap pulley power steering pump amd power steering cooler, got both in my pad car and havent ha dthe pulley break on me yet, with plastic had nothing but problems

I just swapped out my ef pads and put leather fairmont seats on to the rail worked really well

it's just dirty, i think theres build up in the rad

That brown coolant is rust by the looks of it. Have you been using demineralised/distilled water? Normal tap water will rust very quickly.
its gunk from the previous owner. it was proper brown when i got it

It’s a shame you can’t buy seat rails for an au falcon you have to make your own or customise your own rail
If your coolant looks like a chocolate milkshake or worse a thickshake you have a head gasket problem caused by coolant and oil blending.
