Tbh, i don't think her dad is the only person to blame for her lack of variety. She's a power hitter and wouldn't want it any other way if you ask me. But because of her tremendous physical condition and excellent footwork it woulf have certainly helped her to add a little more variety, patience & grinding to her game.
She reminds me a little of Anna Kournikova and Kirilenko. But I think she could have beaten either one of those beauties easily. I would rather watch her play than many of the top ten players.
I get the feeling she doesn’t listen to a word her dad tells her during practice. She really needs a tennis brain to coach her and let her dad just be a mentor or minder. I love to watch her play though and I crave the day she throws in a drop shot, that would fool everyone.

Sometimes she plays like a powerhouse and others lack luster? I've seen her beat Wozniacki and Sharpova but never S Williams ? Rybakina beat S Williams easily as a beginner ? Why ?
