From homeless to millionaire, Will Roundtree has established himself as a staple in the real-estate investment sector. I watched one of your videos on how to manage credit a couple years ago my score was in the 400, I used the knowledge you gave and my score is now 750, I was approved for a home loan for over 300k and have a 20k credit card on the way. I have 2 boys who will use the same knowledge and accomplish what took me 40years in by the time they are 21. Bro that video should be mandatory for all ybm if I would have seen it at 18 I would be a millionaire right now, because of you ill be one in 10years. Thank you... no bullshit

Correct. Banks use GAAP practices where they pull money out of thin air with our wet ink signatures. Banks can’t lend money. They, can only borrow. This, is why we can discharge debts based off of consumer codes and contract law.

Financial freedom is a journey! This video gives you all the tools required, it's how intensely you apply them.
Using 80% of your credit and paying back in full continuously will quickly increase your credit.
You can get an increase at least twice a year.
The real issue is choosing a successful business venture b4 you can have enough to invest in property. This is where franchises can can erase the unknowns and provide expertise knowledge and experience, they are also much more affordable investments.
If for any reason you cannot make full payments on the due date you can always make the minimum payment but this should be a last resort as it may stagnate your potential increase but the sooner its paid off the sooner you can re establish your increases.

Good info my guy. I bought my first house with a credit card. I did a balance transfer about 8 months prior. Then used that same money for the down payment and closing cost. So if i flip this house its on " O.P.M. "
