I have only one question: how do you control the dust situation? Everything in the video looks pristine. I can’t leave my gear on a shelf for more than a week before the dust film starts to appear.
Some climates it’s worse than others, and I’m not sure how he manages it, but I’ve found that leaving a fan and a small air filter on to keep air circulating and clean helps a fair bit with dust.
I love the ToneX captures you did for a few of those amazing amps! I surely would pay to have captures of some other amps of yours (like that great VH2 🤘) with a couple different settings each. Anyways, I'm enjoying the hell out of your captures. Thanks, man!
@@rangerdoc1029 Oh yes, I agree. I just said about paying because other guys are selling their (sometimes not so great) captures and Jon's are really, really good in my opinion. I don't know if there's money to be made with Tonex captures anyways (there was/is with the Kemper at least). I only know I would love to buy his captures. Take my money, Jon!💰
Impressive collection. I’m kind of surprised, with as many truly unique amps you own, that you do not have one of the Synergy amp heads. That’s definitely one of the most unique (and versatile) amps I’ve ever seen.
just amazing, i have the same amount of amps collected over the last 3 decades, do you think that if we would count our amps together we would have the biggest amp collection in history of gear collecting addircts? i think so, cheers 👌🎸
Damn nice collections! Sadly I am down to 2 amplifiers from what I had over the many over the years. I still have about 35 or 40 pedals but I just downsized to a couple valve amps that I usually always play anyway and just my 2X12 Marshall Cabinet with a Anniversary V30 and A Creamback H. I figured there was no more need for dust collectors and I live in a much smaller place now. No room for collections like you have. But its still nice to see other people go crazy collecting music gear.
I like your Whammy pedal collection because now i feel less bad about my flanger collection which is over 1k€ worth in flangers mainly sitting on a shelf. But your amp collection is truly impressive! I basically have 3 Engl amps: Fireball25 at home, Invader100 in the rehearsal room and an 1994 Savage 60 as collector's piece.
every guitar addicted kid will write you a letter right now just to be adopted by you 🤣 i wish i had a father like you when i was a 13 year old teen with just a garbage peavey rage amp and a low grade jackson pacifica 321 😂🖤
Great stuff. Just curious, what happens when you want to use the amp right on the bottom? Do you need to remove everything? Any amp switchers could not handle that many amps right?
I do ❤ your collection, but I am worried as to how heavy all this is on your floor! Especially if it's all stored in a loft? 😮 Oh FYI I just returned from the Netherlands this week. ❤😂 picked up some gear from Bax store in Goes, only what I could carry on a flight back to Australia unfortunately. 😂😊 At home I have the JMP-1 into either a EL 34 100/100 or a EL 84 20/20 (depending on if the wife is home), into😂😂 2 x Behringer 4x12 cab due to budget.
I have 18 amps and 35 guitars and I realized beside the collecting thing, I’m not using them all. Finally I play mostly on 5-6 amps and 10 guitars. For example I have a Mezzabarba skill 30 I played two or three times one year ago and never again and I got a 2014 Cobain Mustang Japan limited run which I play last time in 2014. And I’ve maybe played 2 times on it. I don’t know how you can manage with 60 amps I precise that it’s not a logistic issue because i own 3 powerstation 2, 1 ampete switcher and 2 KHE switcher so all my amp are always plugged (beside the skill which i have to plug for 1 year)
okay, I haven't seen one comment yet, and I've followed your channel for a little while here and there. you're an awesome dude. but my burning question is how on earth do you have all these amps? are you sponsored or just wealthy, and in a very mature way, extremely impulsive financially. man, i have like 15 too many f'ing amp sim plugins that I don't need...how the h can you afford this, to be blunt?
Tilt your JCM 2000 forward a bit. If it still has the white serial number label then the year of manufacture will be part of it. Report back, good sir!
Fwiw, I don't think having 60 amps is average. This is just what I do but most people would be very happy with just one or two amps and that's totally fine
Yngwei remembers when he only had 60 amps
Great job, Jon! This must have been a lot to film and edit at once!
Glad you enjoyed it!
Cheers to one of the best amp collections on TH-cam!! Can't wait for the 100 amp video! ;-)
Haha that would be epic. It won't fit in my house I'm afraid
@@SonicDriveStudio OK, stop acquiring amps now......YEAH RIGHT!!! ;-)))))
Wow!!! Blown away by this collection
Play them all at the same time!!!
I’m always kind of jealous of your collection whenever I come to your channel to watch a demo. You have great taste in amps I guess.
Thats like a car collection 😍 only probably holds thier value longer. Nice
I would love a comparison between the ENGLs
I second that!

The Orange OR15. The only amplifier I own. It’s all I really need. ☝️😄

I only have 3 amps ATM JVM410 EVH 5150 V2 and Fireball 100.. and man the fireball is my favourite by far it just punched you in the face. Great video
I love my freqout, great for adding a little extra and its a lot of fun.

Daaaamn
Hope you enjoyed the tour!

I don't use an amp switcher
Hey Jon, is the JCM2000 DSL deep switch kind of able to get into a rectifier territory soundwise in your opinion? Cheers!
Not really. A Rectifier is much more scooped and edgy
Yeah, I used to own 1,467 valve amps but I sold them and bought a Pod 2.
Sorry to hear that
For some reason I feel good all of a sudden buying another Amp 😂 Cool collection Jon 🤘🔥🤘 JVM410H here I Go 👍 cheers 🍻
I just started the video, so I don't know if you touch on the topic, but what type of maintenance routine do you have for this collection?
O no, now I need to buy more
Very Impressive!!!
Wow basically an active museum at this point 😂
You're a mad man. Hope you never have to move lol
such an huge collection ! If you had to go away fast and take only one , wich one would you choose?
Provably the RedSeven because it's special to me and unique
Please post the rectifier comparison next I'm looking at buying a single soon and I'm trying to get a better idea of what to expect
It will likely take some weeks before I can release it
JMP-1 🥰
A classic!
"I sold one of these cause I couldn't justify keeping two of the whammy's" Says the guy with the 60 amps haha epic!!
🤣

It's a concrete floor. Don't think I need to worry :)
Partition for Jon to put out a capture pack for ToneX, Like here 👇🤩
where is the dust? how is all so clean? is that even humanly possible?
They’re all really really great amplifiers. No really
