is it safe to walk from Matter MRT to hotel at around 10pm?

Hi Singapore is one of the safest countries in the world. I have visited 3 times and felt safe at all times so yes I would say very safe at 10pm. But like anywhere there is always the odd bad apple so still stay aware.
