- East Cape Real Estate in Baja California Sur.
East Cape is a blank canvas. Over the next 30 years, East Cape will develop out and look much more like the Cabo Corridor than the undeveloped area it is today. With that being said, the PDU (urban development plan) is calling for much less dense development than Cabo San Lucas or San Jose del Cabo (the Cabo Corridor). When the PDU is finished, the density of the East Cape should be 10% of Los Cabos.
The East Cape and the Pacific side of Baja will be developed eventually. We need to make sure this development will be done correctly. Hopefully, all developers and hotels will follow the PDU guidelines as we build out Los Cabos, East Cape and Baja California Sur sustainably.

I've been to cabo about 15 times since 2008. I love it down there. I own 5 rentals 2 more and I'll see you by the beach
Loved that conversation between you three guys, it was so entertaining, and I also learned a lot since I am new in San José del Cabo and looking for a chance to work on a Real Estate Agency. Thank you for sharing it.
Thanks for watching! Mike Schaible is a wealth of knowledge, he's been in Baja since 1986.
My Girlfriends house is the first house featured at the very start of this video Fletcher (white beachfront house )
Nice, good to know!
Great content 👍
Thanks for watching Nick!
Surfing?
@Bajabayclub is building 2 hotels, 3 golf courses, 500 residences, privatizing 3.2 miles of east cape beach on the border of Cabo Pulmo
Interesting. Kind of goes against what he is saying in this video.
@brent54321 I stayed persistent with posting a comment. For some reason my last two tries at commenting got erased. The locals in La Ribera aren't happy about this project. Not to mention it boarders the northern side of cabo pulomo. Other similar projects in the area end up abandoned leaving a permanent scar on the land.
Need to get these greedy terrible people out of Baja. They are destroying nature, gtfo.
