Yes and no. The plate that comes out from the system is a truly conventional plate, but the plate that goes in is a conventional plate with an EXTRA INKJET COATING. So the system has to be used with StudioRIP DTP plates, but it produces conventional offset plates. (BTW, I think this is explained quite well in the video, including a picture showing the coating layers...)
