- Ever wanted to know how to earn combat fame, how combat fame is calculated, and how you can calculate your own fame earnings per hour? This Albion Online video will explain how the in-game mechanics work so you can understand just how much fame you're getting per hour as well as what you need to do to start earning combat fame credits. You should prioritize earning fame credits as it is a much faster way to progress than manually farming fame.
Albion Online has many different ways to acquire fame, combat fame, combat fame credits, and the player base can be divided on how fame per hour is calculated but this video will help you out if you're confused. Albion Online recently had a patch and 2022 is looking pretty good for fame farmers.

At first I was farming with Max spec gear thinking I was wasting my time putting points into other weapons/gear, instead of using them to fame them. So I just wasted time doing that.
So it's back to Max speced gear farming.

Started doing it last night in black zone with Max spec gear with Auto spec on until I spent the amount of silver I was cool with, then turned it off and got my money back as I kept farming.
Dumped those credits into gear and it definitely felt quicker.

@@Shadypumpit Sorry to hear that John the Wolfheart as someone that uses 7.3 weapon and armour and 8.2 demon cape and about to purchase the 8.3 masterpiece satchel I level up only one gear set as I'm not nor ever have had premium and go into black zones with T4.1 gear with T4 horse with mercenary armour and hunter for rest of gear at almost level 100 and bow at level 102. Getting my armor now all to level 101 before I mess with leveling bow up again to be more balanced. :)

So it is better using 100 sets and turn auto respect on? it has more fame converted to fame credit (but cost money) then it will be faster to level up other equipment. am i right?

So if I get this right, it is still better to wear what you want to improve when you spend journals of insight, as the fame applies to all you wear. Or are you suggesting that the fame credits gained while wearing the max set are more efficient?
Put on the set you want leveled for tomes and wear your speed clearing set for everything else if you want to min-max time and efficiency and all that stuff.

Yes, and when you say ultimate the game uses the word Elite for levels 101-120 that can only be obtained through fame credits and he showed cost silver too. :)
How much silver does the auto respec feature take?
A lot! Lol. I wish I knew the exact amount, but it goes down quickly doing YZ content.

The most worth is the 8.3 mp satchel. Excellent is pretty good too. But, if you need silver do not wear it as you will drain your bank quick. When playing decide if you want silver or fame. If you want fame turn everything on. If you want silver turn everything boosting fame or credits off.

But he would have to rank them according to use, which I don't think he'll waste time on.
I don't really think there is the best weapon, it's how you use it, gear etc. Some are one trick ponies and then you need gear to compensate, other weapons are well rounded and sustain you.
Yes its a lot of fame. But imagine the silver consumption of all that.. You'd go broke really fast especially for players who are not self sustained making silver
Patrick you make a great point! There are two circles and if the left side is turned on...what you said happens. If the right one is turned on ONLY and you have a T7 mounted horse for example (relatively cheap) with the 8.3 masterpiece satchel the power from these two with your weapon and armour power bonus and say a T 8.2 demon cape I do all this with Yew Woods/Aspen Woods static dungeon. I am saying up the current 2 mil price that will take me a hot minute to buy as a 7.3 bow and armor guy so it's not too hard and the extra power as well as carry space for a horse looks incredible especially if I hit a jackpot chest with lots of loot, then I'll have carry space for it. :)
