From an early age, after we stop receiving unconditional love and start having to earn it, I truly believe for one reason or another we all fall victim to GOOP, the Good Opinion of Other People (Peter Sage).
I'm actually starting to believe it's aligned in the stars, part of my personal journey, and the journey of each and every one of us. When we start becoming self conscious about our bodies, our tastes and preferences, our dance style, and even breathing technique at the gym, we lose confidence in ourselves and walk down a scary road.
The great thing about that path, all we have to do is become aware that we are on that path, and then BOOM, step off it!
Don't let others' unnecessary judgement deter you from having an AMAZING life! We cannot control what others do, but we CAN control how we react.
