i think the block design is great, the background is pretty good too, but the particles look really weird because the glow is really easy to tell that you just put a ton of glow pieces randomly in the same rotation and size

Bro i swear ur the perfect guy to decorate a part in back on extreme by chippysteal (his alt chippysteal his main is nostealchips) but back on extreme and stereo crazyness are on his alt. The work is awesome! Keep up the good work!
Your decoration us really good, however your movements need a lot of work (maybe use easings) and I also suggest adding hue variations for different aspects in the level which use the same colour (such as the background and the block design).
Edit: I don't want to discourage you, just want to help to elevate your creating skills. :D

i wish the glow bits that move to you really quickly where a little less bright (opacity 0.70 or 0.80) as well as giving them some move triggers randomly through the part that move them back like 10 grids on 0.0 move time as well as some rotate triggers that flip them 180 degrees on 0.0 movement randomly through the part. but for the rest this is great
