The cruller is one of my absolute favorite donuts. It's along the lines of eclair dough deep fried in a honey glaze. It's light and airy and amazing! Our tim hortons in Ohio are absolute rubbish. It's very rare that they get orders correct 🤦🤦🤦 hopefully yours are better in the UK🥰😍

No Canadian, myself included, will ever rate Tim's too high. Its an old standard, but I'm not sure anyone REALLY enjoys the coffee. That being said, Sour Cream Glazed and Apple Fritters are fabulous. Also Timbits beat donuts, everytime!
I’m from Canada!! The honey crueller is my favourite donut from Tim Hortons, apple fritter is my second. The crueller is definitely not for everyone though. Their donuts have gotten worse over the years. They used to make them in house and then went to a frozen more mass produced version and they are definitely not as good. At first I thought you guys had come to Canada, I didn’t realize they were opening up outside of North America. Very cool!
I’m from Canada! I’d have to say the sour cream glazed doughnut is by far my favourite, also you need to try a white hot chocolate and ask for a chai tea bag in it, it taste so good. Love your videos by the way!
Boston cream is really popular over hear along with the fritter. Breakfast sandwich on home style biscuit is also really good. We do have regular size jelly filled doughnuts.
The maple dip frosting looks very different there than it does in Canada! Same with the chocolate and the vanilla dip. I actually just did a taste test and review of two different donuts spots here to be posted tomorrow, so this video was so well timed haha. I totally agree about the dipped donuts being underwhelming. To be honest, I find Tim Hortons to be the most underwhelming donut place we have haha. The Apple Fritter is one of their best, but I didn't get any apple bits in mine. Their honey crueler is also very nice :) One of my all time favourites but I agree there is nothing like it hahah. It's too bad you didn't get the right order but I'm glad you still got to try some of the ones you like.

The crueller is a personal fave of mine, but if you’re expecting a standard yeast or cake donut, it can be a bit of a shock. I would recommend the sour cream glazed donut (it’s amazing!) and giving the french vanilla cappuccino and iced capp a go. Staples here. The food is nothing to write home about, though you have MANY more options than we do here. Whenever I visited England in the past, I used to (have to) bring dozens of donuts for friends... I guess now I don’t need to. The apple fritter is fire though! So fun to see you with all the Tim’s packaging and goodies 💕
Please know that the love Canadians have for Tim Hortons is for the former version before they were bought by Burger King in 2014. Tim Hortons was primarily know as a coffee shop with doughnuts for most of its existence since its inception in 1964 in Hamilton Ontario. The current fast food version is not what most Canadians love. From 5am till 6pm we go to the Tim Hortons drive thu for coffee!!!!!!

If you come to Canada, I believe you’ll experience much different. The donuts are different to here as the chain sources there ready made and finish them on site. I could be wrong, but they seem extremely different. Glazes much thicker looking and hard. Great vid! Cheers!

Honestly when I first saw the box of donuts they looks extremely old! Not how they should look. Anyway I’m so glad you got to try every Canadians favourite food place. A really good apple fritter would have more nooks and crannies and there would be bits that are crunchy and then apple through out with cinnamon. When done right they are the bomb.
Here in Canada their food isn’t popular. I’ve never heard anyone suggest grabbing lunch at Tim’s. Although I really like their chicken noodle soup. It’s coffee and donuts that people get.

Also, Tim’s here in Canada are probably the worst donuts:) it’s kind of the cheap corner store place for cheap bad coffee and food, but there are sooo many here that it’s very popular. The best donut I think is the sour cream glazed..not sure if that one is there
You both are eating exactly same donuts together that I would've got my kids sprinkle , apple filter, and for my self gingerbread muffin I don't know what am do when they stop making it winter ends. My husband doesn't like there coffee so it's not to often able to go but won't stop me from going🍩🇨🇦
The cruller reminds me of something we have in Germany called Spritzkuchen. I really love those.😂 They say Spritzkuchen is similar to a French cruller on the Internet. Would like to try Tim Hortons as well. 😊

that actually is not a proper apple fritter it is just a doughnut filled with apple and cinnamon, an apple fritter is much thinner and crispier on the outside and soft in center. the cruller is a doughnut by u.s. bakeries and are not usually filled, or at least in the state of tennessee .
ALSO. Boston cream and sour cream glazed are 10/10 the best doughnuts that u have not tried and the chocolate glazed timbit and jelly Timbit are also available in donut form. This is so WIERD watching you guys. Canadas is much different I can assure you that
