Do all EC-8 from Zurich to Hamburg has the panorama view coaches? I am planning to take first class on an EC-8 bound (17.09 departure) from Koln to Hamburg in Aug.
Nice quality. It could be longer with more narration rather than captions, and it's always nice to see a meal in the dining car. That's half the point of traveling by train.

Ride is fantastic along that line - high quality line as very important for freight and passenger.
The tart is a Walnut Tart from Grison - very tasty!

EC8/9 yes you can book online! Keep in mind they are First Class.
