Whenever I think about sketching dishes the chaotic sketches from 'Perception' come to mind I think Mark Greenaway's thoughts and process in the topic would make for a great conversation and he isn't that far from your neck of the woods, no? Either way it's a stunning book I'd recommend.
I'd not heard of Mark before so just checked him out and his food is stunning. Very colourful and loads of contrast. Unfortunately he appears to be in Scotland and I'm near London, but I'm trying to find a way to do more podcast online, but would mean no plating demo which is the most popular part of the podcast. Perhaps I'll have to arrange a trip north of the border soon 😉
