Met a man today, 87 years old, who was forced from his home in Poland to work at the age of 5 years old for the Nazi's in Germany. He was so full of grace and patience and you could tell that he had seen the worst of mankind, yet wore the grace and strength that comes from seeing the worst, so that everything else that happens in an ordinary life is "piece of cake". Theme from Schindler's List was reverberating in my ears the whole time we were talking. What a man!
We have Russia to thank for our freedom. Never forget that.

I think this is the best version I’ve heard not only because of how technically perfectly it was played, but the slower speed encapsulates more of the emotion. And I feel like with this song it’s IMPERATIVE.

I was going to make a similar comment. I've heard performers absolutely ruin this wonderfully haunting piece but this is not one of them. Still maybe not quite the depth of feeling of Issac Perlman's original but I totally agree that slower is better here. What a find.

trying to improve your behavior. It's not even religions either
Catholicism or whatever. In this condition you are hopeless. the bible,
which is inspired of God, declares: Rom 3:23 all have sinned and fall short of
glory of God. That is, they are devoid of God in glory in heaven. The wages of sin is
the death. What can you do to have forgiveness and eternal salvation? Thank God, there is
the one and only true and certain hope, in Christ Jesus! God commands you to
repent of your sins and leave them behind, and believe in faith in
Christ Jesus to be saved! Rom 5:1 Therefore justified by faith, we have
peace with God through Jesus Christ our Lord. Jesus bought a
dear price of his blood an eternal salvation that we do not deserve,
on the cross for you too. After three days he rose from the dead. Christ with the
his death conquered death. You today, if you obey the Gospel and believe with
faith in this message, you can receive true Life, true eternal salvation,
offered as a gift from God. Today you can find peace in your heart, forgiveness
and a relationship with the true living God. Today you can truly become a son
of God if you accept Jesus into your life as your Lord and Savior! All offered
by FAITH ONLY. Whatever you did today can truly be
forgiven, but you must trust Jesus, his death and resurrection. You have to trust
with the heart only of Him. Do not harden your heart to this message, no
be numb, but let yourself be saved by the Lord Jesus. Eternity will come well
soon, only if you will be in Christ, and thanks to Him be born again of the Spirit,
you will be able to enter the Kingdom of Heaven. Seek God with all of yourself, seek Him today!
Become a disciple of the Master and Lord Christ Jesus! Real life, life in
abundance, it is only in Him!

One thing that will always stay with me from 'Schindler's List' is what Oskar Schindler says despite saving so many from the Holocaust: "I could've got one more person, and I didn't. And I didn't!" An amazing rendition of this beautiful theme. The only thing necessary for the triumph of evil is for good people to do nothing.

The most difficult scene for me from Schindler’s List is seeing the little boy trying find a place to hide, being denied by his fellow Jews, and he winds up taking the plunge into the bathroom 🚽 down into the sewer where all the 💩 is 🤦🏻♂️🤦🏻♂️🤦🏻♂️🤦🏻♂️🤦🏻♂️
Who ever is the person that first crafted the violine literally gave the instrument a soul. You can literally hear her the violin Crying as she plays. And the only time I have ever heard a violine weeping more than this was getting a chance to see the people at the Holocaust museum play the instruments that were lucky enough to survive the horrors of those years
The harmony with the harp towards the piano at the end is particularly beautiful, different to so many other interpretations. Love it.
WOW!! Everything about this video and your playing is perfect in my opinion. Your amazing bow hand, your relaxed and effortless left hand, intonation, expression, dynamics, tempo staying true yet expressive. you don't exaggagerate your body and facial expressions (its not an act, your feeling is authentic). I was mesmorised by this performance. For me, this is the benchmark for me to strive toward. WOW!! I am a big fan.

Violin cries in memory of lost innocent Jewish souls murdered senselessly.. that music .. the first sound of the violin bring those overwhelming emotions and tears pouring and it hurts ! Beautifully performed .. heartbreaking history and one of the greatest performances.. Never again ! Never forget ! Peace on earth!
