Is not RCX, RCX so far I know was discontinued. Thats SimpleROHook, wich doesn't add any features but the colors for certain skills and range of action, also have a feature to lower the frame rate so old PCs can handle a bit better the RO client. The setup its pretty basic, just run as admin before run the game. You can found the info and download link here: irowiki.org/wiki/SimpleROHook Note, this may stop working soon, we don't know, since iRO will manage to include a anti-cheat system (but this isn't cheat anyway), probably (and we are just assume) will prevent third party programs to add features or somehow manage the iRO Client, its just a guess.
