There are two things coming to my mind: 1: You have done this step already before and you need to reach the top middle to talk to NPC, so you can get the quest and use the NPC in LHZ to warp inside 2: You bypass some previous step. like: did you talk with the NPC at entrance in slumbs? Giacomo Girolamo?

I'm glad to help others. Since I do foods brew, thats why has no cost for me the +20 DEX/LUK foods. By this video I used the +9 King Poring Hat, but had replace it for Valentine Heart Hairband, its temporal buffs still on in iRO.
