@@ludicrousbrickstudio not a bad idea. Been on my list for a long time and finally got around to it. Sure would be nice to open up some of those sight lines and not have branches pushing you toward some consequential edges!
I have heard great stuff about these trails! Looks like they are not very populated considering how overgrown some parts were. Would you say that was the case? Could it use a trim? I might bring some trail maintenance tools with! Would be a nice change of pace from the Bent Creek, Old Fort, and Chestnut Mtn I've been riding lately.
@@WildWheelsMTB could definitely use a trim. This ride was actually back in June. Just got around to editing it. If no one had gotten to it it’s probably even more over grown. Didn’t see one human on the trails. I really enjoyed the challenge and the backwoods experience. By the way, I’ve been enjoying your videos as well. We should hit some trails together some time.
@@WildWheelsMTB My son and I will have to get out there and start trimming. They are the closest trails to us, but we have been riding Old Fort, Chestnut , Unaka and others just for the sake of ease at this point.
@@Asheville_MTB probably just over an hour and change, they're on the list :). Unaka is our go to for quick rips, with Panther Creek State Park being our cross country/ slow tech ride to get to quickly. There is no shortage of riding down here.
Trees are getting tight!
I got soaked from shoulders to toes from all the dewy branches.
@@Asheville_MTBBeen wanting to hit that and Chimney Rocks trail since moving to Greenville. Perhaps we will hike in with some loppers first:)

@@Asheville_MTB I will try to get over there some morning next week and see how things are.

@@ludicrousbrickstudio you probably aren’t too far from the Big Ivy trails as well. If you haven’t yet, check them out.
