had been having difficulties with my boss at work this month; i've been working with them for nearly 10 months and would pretty much work for at least 15hrs out of my own volition. at first, they were supportive and caring, i'd get promoted and rewarded well for my efforts. but now they've gotten pretty abusive to most of their employees. everyone's leaving and i'm just one of many, it's come up to a point where going to work is already absolutely dreadful. i've done a lot but i'm starting to see that in the end, they're taking advantage of what i do just to feel better about themselves. out of impulse, i've been applying for other jobs and i'm seeing better opportunities somewhere else than where i am rn. pile 2 resonates so much, what i'm about to do probably won't be the best for my boss but god, does it feel like someone's picked a huge thorn off my chest. i've also told my boss that at some point, i'll be handling my resignation letter not too soon but i think they kinda understand and we've found a common ground.

noooo because group 3 is so spot on! ive been thinking of leaving this wack ass job that im hating so much and im putting so much effort in all for an abusive boss 🥲🥲🥲 im so scared tho because its literally my only source of income and its way higher than any other job could offer , but its literally making me sick (im watching this on my only free day sick as hell😔) and stressing me out of my mind. “its not about being right, its about getting out” holy shit! ive been putting all of my energy in trying to make the workplace a better environment for all my waitresses and all for nothing, my bosses harasses them and they all leave anyways 💔
