- There are lots of little differences, but here are the biggest differences I found and that you need to know when shopping.

1. COLOR CHANGES: Nightfall Gray Metallic, Graphite Metallic, and Cajun Red Metallic have all gone away. They are replaced on the 2020's with Pewter Metallic, Iron Gray Metallic, Cayenne Orange Metallic, and Cherry Red Tincoat.
2. SAFETY CHANGES: New Chevy Safety Assist Package on 2LT on higher
3. PACKAGE CHANGES: NEW Trailering Equipment Package. Enhanced Convenience & Driver Confidence 2 Package is now just Enhanced Convenience Package with a separate Driver Confidence Package 2 package.
4. FEATURE CHANGES: Navigation is now standard on RS, Steering wheel is only leather wrapped on 3LT and above, and Twin Clutch Advanced AWD System is only available on the RS trim.

I sure wish one of those changes was, they FINALLY put LED Brake Lights to replace the old fashioned incandescent bulbs, notably in an otherwise LED lighting unit. I'll give them 1 more model year to get it right. If 2022's still have incandescent brake lights, I'm out.
The blazer sucks is ugly and weak Chevy should just stop
So the only way to get the better AWD system now is you also have to get blacked out wheels and painted bumpers? Just like with Harley, if you want the larger motor you to get a blacked out bike. When a company forces their customer base to accept color schemes in order to get functional features on a vehicle is a huge discernis to their customer base.

One thing I noticed that you missed, is the 2021 has bigger front brake calipers. I have a 2020 RS and went to the dealership to look at the 21s and they had bigger front brake calipers. Worries me in regards to stopping power. Might buy them thru chevy and equip them on my 2020.
I hadn't noticed that. I have nothing to confirm it, but my only thought is that they may have some differences based on wheel size, AWD vs FWD, or maybe even engine size to reflect towing capabilities

Im a mark of excellence 2019 salesmen in Maryland and i bought a 2019 Blazer awd 2lt with comfort and convenience and trailering pck. Happy about it and dont feel like i missed out on the safety tech pack.... oof

Pretty much just styling differences. Check out General Motors Jeff on TH-cam, he has a couple videos doing comparison of comparative trim levels on the two brands :)
Sooooooo no additional offroad capability? No ride height adjustment? No suspension changes? This damn thing costs too much with what it doesn't have that other vehicles in its class DOES HAVE!
Correct, no changes in those areas. Still very competitive to the Edge & Murano in class
@@KBCarsChevyChannel barely. That's the thing with general motors. They'll give their vehicle more hp than the competition, but then make their vehicle heavier. Then the cost cutting to make their vehicle cheaper would be incredibly noticeable. Too many cost cuts that will hurt general motors in the long run
@@g4do Spot on. They had the chance to really crush it in this market with the re-release of the Blazer, and landed pretty flat outside of the front end design. I can't justify $49k for this vehicle, no matter how bad I wanted to!

I got a 2 lt 2021 v6 awd
still not a real blazer. they just slapped the name on a mid sized crossover. Needs to be more like the new Bronco but then again the Colorado is the new s-10/sonoma which was also the blazer/jimmy so If they make a two and four door Chevy variant of the New GMC Jimmy then it works out. "Colorado Blazer"?

Chevy really turn the Blazer just another grocery getter could made something too compete with wrangler or Bronco . At least GMC Jimmy gonna be body on frame I'll wait.
Chevy doesn’t need to compete with Ford regarding the Bronco. Bronco disappeared, Chevy was free to slot the Blazer wherever they see fit over the decades. Chevy had a gaping hole in their midsize lineup, this fills it perfectly. GM has leverage that Ford does not - branding. Hummer is coming in hot with an expected full lineup over the next few years. Don’t you worry. For now, enjoy this crossover which is great for what it’s intentions are.

Chevy marketing people obviously have little meaningful work, so they fiddle with packages and colours while the competition blows by them.
