Post what makes you happy, and people will gravitate towards that. The behind the scenes and tour videos probably won't do as well view-wise /anyway/ but it's better than splitting the audience.
This is just a solid channel, so I'd watch it all. Good editing, good audio, good content. Looking at it objectively, do you see a lot of income from youtube ad revenue or from Patreon & your shop, you know? So, post what you want.
Speedpaints of your latest shop creations, these occasional behind the scenes pieces to help other creators, tour videos when you have an update or want to show something fun and interesting. That's your content at the moment, and what you've got is better than 80% of the videos on TH-cam, so don't sell yourself short. I think if you want to expand, content-wise, your Patrons can help decide how.
There's my critique of the channel so far! I'd say have a touch more confidence in your own abilities. Look at what you've made for yourself, truly. A Patreon, an excellent shop selling your own artwork in various forms. You've done a lot and you should feel good and proud about it.

Thanks for breaking down all the different ways you package your orders! And the tape and tissue paper is so cute! When you said that taping the cardboard backing to the glassine bags for prints takes a while, would it be easier/feasible to put the backing in the back of the glassine bag? It definitely won't get separated from the prints in post then lol!
