    Rodgers is arrogant, he's ignorant...and it RUINED him....I used to idolize the guy. Something changed , he became conspiracy minded, and football was no longer his passion

    Rogers won a SB in GB when he played within an offensive scheme. Since then, he’s convinced himself that schemes hold him back so he audibles into a selection of very easy to defend plays almost every down.

    I remember Max Kellerman on ESPN use to go on and on about Brady hitting the cliff in 2016. Each week, he goes out throws for 300+ yards, 3 TDs, and blowing out the opponents for the next 7 years... Yeah, that's not Rodgers. Cliff swallowed him whole and he hit the bottom. If he goes any lower, it's cause he's digging his professional grave.

      I'd say it's mostly due to injury. His particular attitude and what not wouldn't matter if he was winning games. He's been hurt consistently since week 3-4 of 2022 meaning he's only played in 3 full games healthy since he won MVP in 2021. Age, wear and tear caught up with him pretty fast. Crazy that he actually won MVP last time he was healthy, 3 years ago

      @@Viking_367 Injuries and how slowly you recover is part of aging. He's washed. I mean if you look at him yesterday, running around, it's not a limitation with the achilles. He's missing passes that high school QB would make. It's passes that are 10 yards from the line of scrimmage, and it's behind the receiver! Like someone said earlier on one of the talk shows, he's missing throws that in his prime, he could do with his left hand.

      @@jasonvo7851 i disagree. so does bill bilicheik who literally said he still has snap in his throws and is accurate, also ,sports phisiologists and therapist also disagree with you. Again, this isnt me disagreeing with you. You could be right, but high level professionals disagree with you.

    • @Viking_367
      @Viking_367 20 วันที่ผ่านมา

      @@jasonvo7851 injured achilles lead to imbalances, atrophy and weakness, lack of coordination in the lower leg. its not that has hurt, its that his leg isn't capable of producing the coordination or force that it will when enough time has passed and the parasympathetic nervous system stops hijacking the neural connections to the leg.
      also, missed throws are tricky to judge, you don't know the angles of release, depth, steps or timing of these concepts. Its all about location and time, they aren't throwing the ball to anyone, they are throwing it to spots. All that said and yes HE DOES MISS THROWS. but not at a rate that constitutes a retirement. lmfao

      @@Viking_367 I'm just pointing out what I see on the field ... 39 throws, 185 yards, most of which don't travel more than 5 yards beyond the line of scrimmage. I'm sure Rodgers and his fanbase will prove me wrong, when he's another year older and another year removed from the achilles, 3 years from the thumb or hand injury in his last year in Green Bay (that's the other reason some of fans explained why he sucked then).

I froze my butt off and watched Favre have the most horrendous game losing INTs to choke away Playoff games where they were the FAVORITE almost every time. Rodgers brought a Championship back to Lambeau something Favre never sniffed doing but throwing game losing Ints unfortunately.

      That's how bad the QB play has been for 24 years. You need a top 10 qb to make any moves in this league. Rodgers ranks 30th in QBR...

    • @ian1753
      @ian1753 19 วันที่ผ่านมา

      @@jetcastpodHe is not #30 in QBR. You can't make comments like that if they aren't factual. He is mid 20s right around CJ Stroud and Baker Mayfield. Plus no one besides ESPN uses QBR because it skews to running QBs like crazy. For instance guess who is the #1 QB according to QBR? Kyler Murray, yeah when Kyler Murray is #1 it is a broken Metric. PFF is definitely the best Metric. Goes by film analysis, big-time throws, and turnover worthy throws. Rodgers is middle of the pack at a 76. Not great as he has been a insane 90s before but also definitely not horrendous at 76. Russell Wilson looked way more washed than Rodgers in Denver and now look what he is doing in a competent Franchise.

    • @ian1753
      @ian1753 2 วันที่ผ่านมา

      @@jetcastpodSo I would love to hear your perspective on Rodgers since our last discussion. Be objective. PFF his him now up to #12 on the year with a grade over 80.
      Since the Bye he honestly has looked like a different QB. I've never seen him so immobile leading up to it. He probably should not have played for a couple weeks with that grade 2 Hamstring pull. For better or worse I think he was hell bent on playing all 17 weeks this year coming off the ruptured achilles. However, I still thought it was the worst Coaching and situational Football I've seen. Woody Johnson of course put the team in that situation imo with the way he sabotaged the season with his meddling.
      Rodgers' 628 passing yards in the last 2 week span rank No. 4 and his 111.3 passer rating No. 9. He's has thrown 4 touchdowns and 0 interceptions over the last two games and has a 13-to-1 TD-to-INT ratio over his last 7 games, which is the third-best mark in the league. This season definitely was a disaster but if you can watch the Jets vs Rams game. If Rodgers has looked anything like he has of late you definitely will come away thinking he is far better than mediocre.
