@@panakiliuyi757 here is the explaination im using cell who have green card to get blue card, he should have powerful oppenent or cell saga allies to increase 30% damage inflicted so Im use perfect cell.
1st form cell need to wait until 40 timer elapse to maximum his damage plus using his abillity to increase damage
To increase damage inflicted more im use android 18 who can increase damage to allies when standby. 🙏
Make sure you use all equipment only for special moves.🙏
