@@Richgraphics I've tried that, however when I press the backspace button, it deletes the entire selection with dimensional lines included. It's so hard to only move the mouse 10µm lol. The only other way i can think of would be to hide the "units" in the dimensional settings and then manually add text above it. Unfortunate there is no option to move the line according to the input unit. In my case, I'm adding a Linear Dimensional Line @ 15,64mm, but when i add the line, it snaps from 15,59 to 15.67 or 15,65. I can never seem to get it precisely @ 15,64. 😫
@@Richgraphics Ok, I'll look in to that. I just discovered that if i ungroup the dimensional line from the text, it will then allow me to edit the text. Thanks for pointing me in the right direction! (And also thanks to ChatGPT for helping me figure out the ungrouping of the text and dimensional lines 😆)
Is it possible to change the system color of the initial measure, before setting off a dimension with the tool? I just can't figure it out. The margenta color is difficult on my orange surfaces. :(
Is there a way to manually enter a custom value above the dimensional line?
yes im pretty sure you can just type. try double clicking the text. if not probs have to manually do it.

if you double click the dimension tool does it not give you the color option?
