There's no reason to buy a 16GB model for $100 more. There may be benefits at high resolution around 4k, but no one would buy a 4060ti for 4k gaming. It's useful for Ai deep learning. As a result, both 4060ti models are expensive, but I think the 8gb model is excellent for fhd gaming. Although the performance improvement is not significant compared to the previous generation, it will be possible to conquer fhd high-scan rate gaming more completely.

In games where you need video memory, video cards with 8GB. will freeze, even at 1080p. So 4060ti 16gb. great stock option.
But it's expensive
