    when there is a degree of tension of the lordosis of the neck, can the front projection of the head be corrected??

    My military neck is going to be the death of me. I have done so damn much between chiro care, physical therapy, I use all the fancy pillows, and everything I can do. It's so unbelievably painful too, and it affects me mostly when I'm leaving my neck in a somewhat stationary position like computer, or driving, and worst is when I'm trying to sleep. Getting a job has been awful because I can't do anything physical due to my other spinal issues. So I just got a new job working from home, all on the computer. I'm so nervous.

    Hello, After i wake up every morning I have terrible neck pain and I notice that I wake up with my chin raised up a little. Should I get a new pillow, or sleep without one?

      If you have terrible neck pain. It's more likely that you have an actual injury that needs to be diagnosed. I recommend finding a specialist so that you can get appropriate treatment.

    Question: if i dont have a forward neck posture, muscles and spine are in perfect position and balance… am i allowed to extend the neck forwardly for short periods of time? I mean, it is not a wrong movement, or is it? is there such a thing?

      Great questions. Yes, it's completely fine to be in any position (as long as it's not outside of a normal movement) for short periods of time. For example, sitting in a slouched posture for 20 minutes is completely fine for most people. Hope this helps.

    Hello sir..
    Due to sleeping on 3 pillows.. To watch web series during the whole lockdown period something happened to my neck.. Neck xray shows no misalignment.. My physical therapist said due to muscle imbalance..
    But my symptoms are... Little dizziness.. And tinnitus in left ear.. Also pain and pressure in temples area..
    What must be the reason sir? Can you tell?

    Both postures in the thumbnail are pretty bad to be honest. The “yes” one looks like your nerves are compressed...

      Thanks for watching. It's an over exaggeration of upright posture. In the actual video I discuss getting into the over exaggeration for about 10 seconds and then relax about 20%.
