well, I've found what video's to work out to :3 I've always had a hard time staying motivated to work out but you all seem to be having so much fun that its impossible not to get up and dance with you, if only ya'll had some instructors out here in the killeen/fort hood area :s, until then I'll just content myself with the videos.
