I can't believe you are only 5'4". I would have sworn you'd be 5'10". Your legs look very long and when you wear those column gowns you look very long and lean. Loving your new space. It feels like 2024 is going to be a great year for you!
Haha yes I get that a lot!! I have long legs and a short torso which create an illusion of a tall person
Yes! That's what I thought! You look very tall! I'm the opposite 5'3" & short tree stumps for legs & no waist...so basically a petite midget😂❤

I actually don’t eat a lot of red meat either! Usually salmon & chicken :)
Looks good. Have you tried the butter and garlic Salmon with the Cilantro lime rice? If not you have to try it. It's so good. I'm a cook and I love trying new flavors. That is one of my favorites. Stuffed chicken breast with creamed Spinach or Spinach artichoke dip.

Have u ever thought about getting a light box to use during the winter time or just when u are in a funk to help your mood? I know medicine isnt for everyone. Your meal looked good. Nice. Your apron is usually not that high. The pockets should be by your waist. Most people will tie the top once to get the right length and leave it tied so you just have to untie the back. You can use the top knot to hang.

Why is the kitchen dark while you are cooking
its not dark. you literally see me turning on lights in the video. i dont need to do anything different -- this works for me. i also do need to adjust to make you feel comfortable; remember that!

I couldn’t tell what you were doing at the beginning- cooking first dinner - it was too dark. Dinner looked good when you finished tho.
