I beat this game today, and it felt so good at the end kiryu finally started letting people be scared shitless cuz they were fucking with the most dangerous man they’ve ever met, the whole series he downplayed his badassery until he finally got so fed up with peoples bullshit he let loose
Kiryu is serious to only his enemy. He’s quite goofy to people he considers good people. Happens in every game.

In a second we can see a despair on Nagumo eyes 💀
His face as the bat is coming at him, reminds me of 'One Punch Man' when that title character's student has apparently finally convinced them to take their sparring match seriously... Only to see a punch that could kill him flying for his head... Were it not for his tutor stopping a few millimeters short of contact.
They have the same energy of someone who thought they were as good as dead and survived only because the person who could have, chose not to.

They're glad Kiryu was holding back. The cutscenes later on prove just how strong he is unrestricted.

You need to upgrade Kiryu's fighting agility (speed) or else you will get hit A LOT easily! The better Kiryu's agility is the easier the combo would be! It kinda felt bad to see Kiryu getting hit by the face from these punks.

Wouldn't really call them punks. Nagumo especially is definitely a formidable fighter in their own right as you find out later in the game.

@@hammerbro1947 he only forgot about lock-on and a bit of dodging. Devillion's playstyle looks way more cheesy, but he's playing on legend, so losing is absolutely not an option for him.

@@Quickdrawingartist Now, I get that there is Valor in dodging, but hey, people have different playstyles y'know? Also, them being more reckless means you are more likely to actually see the boss' special attacks (heat moves rather) which you normally wouldn't see in other ones that just keep dodging them.
@@nilevelum Ive tried played wreckless in Kiwami 2. Didnt last a second against Ruiji Goda in Omi HQ. Now Im playing 50/50 offence and defence, because its what kiryu is about. He is perfectly balanced and allowes you to addapt to the enemy as good as overpowering him. He can be an ultimate offence or a turtling defence, but the most fun from playing him comes when you use both playstyles to defeat an enemy.
I would like to thank this TH-cam channel, I had initial doubts before buying Yakuza 6 which was my first game in the entire series and this was the video that made me decide I should surely give it a run, now here I am, with 0 and Kiwami on both PC and PS4, Kiwami 2 on the PS4 and I went in search for a PS3 and paid a lot for it, now paid more than 70 Bucks to get Yakuza 3 while 4,5 and Dead Souls are getting downloaded.
Watching Yakuza 6 combat to give myself motivation to keep playing through the series lol. I wanna play this so damn bad!!

Idk people didn't like him unfortunately i was one of the few people that actually loved his character and gameplay I wish they mentioned him once or twice that would be pretty cool but they never do bring him up unfortunately

I loved the story between these two
Kiryu was the big guy who Nagumo tried to get rid of and realized he couldn't beat him and realized he was the strongest person he ever faced when he saved him from a yakuza gang and later found out he was the legendary Dragon of Dojima cause of some guy who invaded their family house
He went from someone so damn serious, to someone who's a smartass who just KNOWS damn well he's a badass.

When Kiryu went to bat, I thought I was going to actually play the baseball minigame. What came after was way better.

I don't care what anybody says,this one of the greatest encounters of any game in recent memory......awesome game......damn shame that most I recommend this game 2 hate subtitles....the new battle system took me a while to get used 2 but after a short time it's a blast to play...yeah these 3 should of had the hurtin put on them within a little earlier but still awesome
