Novice Quadcopters I expect it would do fine. The gopro works pretty well in almost all lighting conditions.

Jeff B one last thing do you have any specific setting for shooting video at night. That seems to be my only issue with the GoPro I can't find the correct setting to shoot video at night

Novice Quadcopters Not sure what gopro you have but with the 4 there's an auto low light settings turn that on and that will help with night shots.
