Great heli, my first works good, infact i put it inside a scale fuselage, the second after the first flight completely run away from me ,just flying 10 ft from me. Never find it again . Called horizon immediately, they never got back to me.stopped my third one in order since i want to add in another fuselage, Stopped again to get products from them.
You got that right buddy. I quit wile ago to get any rc’s from them exactly for that reason . Horrible new system . Glad to see you around the tube As always. Your passion should deserve higher viewers. Being so long . Cheers !!
Skip said.” Got the battery all charged up, it took a real nice charge” we’ll I didn’t know a new battery wouldn’t wouldn’t take a “ good charge “ right on skip!
My new Fusion 360 and my Fusion 180 do the SAME annoying thing while spooling up! All wanting to dip the rotors in to the ground! they're the only helis I have that do that! Sent the 180 back to be looked at, and don't have enough flights on the 360 yet to determine if it was just a fluke or what. But the first time I flew the 360, it was HORRIBLE! seemed totally out of balance, had a wicked wobble to it and was all over the place. I got two more short flights in on it, and each one improved. Almost like it needed to 'break in' or something. Wanting to order one of these, but seeing yours behave the way it's doing makes me shy away. I've seen plenty of other videos of both these helis working fine, so not sure what's up with that weird behavior.
Hi old flyers I think your Heli needs to be calibrated and servo setting, then adjust your swashplate, Did this to my 330S fly's much better, and get a up graded tX. like NX10, or NX12...
@@crashalexander7232 I didn't fly there much. Like the school better. More options for taking off and landing 🛬. Different directions for wind. Unless you enjoy crosswinds. That field runs N to S. Our winds are mostly west to Southwest
@@SkipBuiltRC yep ....i fly at that school sometimes and currently a member at the eagles field this spring i joined to fly some bigger stuff i don't think would be ok at the school....lol agree we get some weird wind / crosswind out in Ringwood and the corn on 2 sides is sketchy but the bean field to the south was helpful for south to north landings. love to do a video with ya sometime.
@@crashalexander7232 that'd be awesome. Still looking for a good replacement vehicle to get around again. Been grounded too long since my truck took a dump
@@SkipBuiltRC when I first got my 360. Which is close to that size, I used safe to take off and then switch it off when I get level. Then switch it back for landing.
Always fly heli,s on grass they are a nightmare to control if you want a helicopter you can fly get a FLYWING 200 or a FW 450 these are g.p.s enabled you will be able to fly these it seems you have spent big bucks on heli,s so get one you can enjoy flying -i have 2 flywing heli,s + the normal which i can only hover .
Yeah, I looked at the free wing helli's. Unfortunately he purchased this one before I could recommend. Thought it would be about the same as the E- Flite
Wrong the radios are garbage helicopters need to be able to be tuned. Not doing any without radio transmitter. It's always better to just get bind and fly and then make sure you have one decent computerized radio that will work for everything. I have the same radio I can't even give it away… Really nobody will take it. I have it on Craigslist for $30 not even a nibble. They're not so bad for average simple airplane I can understand why somebody won't buy it for $30. That's Canadian money to if you're American think half-price. Anyway your videos are fun I'm glad you're here I hope one day you get to see what a computer radio can do for making your helicopter fly much better and easier
Nice looking Heli...repair tips/balance; practice blades :-) ...have a great week...
Thanks, you too!
Good to see you again skip
Thanks for watching
Easy come easy go hahaha that's really a bummer
Been following a long time, keep the RC videos coming!

Great to see you Skip. Hope all is well
Thanks David. Hanging in there 😉.
Hope you are doing well also.
Have a great Christmas ⛄🎄

I hate the fact that you can't call them anymore.

Meaning, It charged quickly and evenly 1st try and at 2c charge rate
Pretty sure you save those foam blocks in the beginning
Didn't realize that they might be needed to cushion the canopy

Turn the D rate to 20 % it wont be twitchy and the cyclic sticks will be smoother
hey skip are you still a member with the eagles flying out at the field?
Not right now, but hoping to get back there again soon.
@@SkipBuiltRC Why did ya leave the club?

Been grounded for a while now. Looking for a good vehicle
Why not take it off in Safe?
That's what I was wondering about. I think he has to get used to the radio. He replaced the blades and will try it again.

Sorry about the blades😢
