Hullo Polly, I am always impressed with your work ethic! I thought your branding was super cute and I am curious as to why you decided to switch it up? I have seen quite a few creators who have been having troubles with their washi tapes and returns! I guess they are not a good supply to stockpile! The glue has been going bad/not sticking or the flip side it is sticking way to much and you end up with a blob that does not un-roll! I do enjoy seeing your products come together and how you continue to create fresh ideas and turn them into products to sell! I also purchased my own professional printer and just keeping it going was a chore! In fact I have an AD running for FREE pick-up I spent almost 3K when new, but I hope I got enough out of it and I had no questions about quality of my prints. I know it would not travel to the UK, it is an Epson 4800 Stylus Pro, a large format printer that does accept paper rolls. Good luck in the upcoming markets and wishing you only the very best at the next Con's!

I’ve had no issues with the quality of my washi tapes, they’re just not selling as well as they used to, so it’s a waste of money to produce more if people won’t buy them :( I changed my branding because I had too many colours in it. It was distracting and made it hard to see my products, plus logos aren’t supposed to have a huge amount of colours in them. I just needed a good refresh! People seem to like it so far! I need a new eco-tank printer as it’s the best one to make into a sublimation printer, they’re not super expensive but it’s just money I’d rather not spend. Your printer must be a really, really good one! Mine are all under £250, maybe that why it keeps breaking haha, it’s the only one I can use for what I want to do though
