Abruzzo is one of the most exciting and interesting wine regions of Italy. With this video, I've teamed up with Kevin Day from Opening a Bottle. He and I traveled with a group of wine journalist to Abruzzo in the summer of 2023. It recent years, Abruzzo has transformed itself into a cutting-edge region with improved quality, while maintaining superb value.
