personally, i believe any time is good. but what does help is pick the time that feels special to you. if youre someone who follows moon cycle and you find full moon particularly strong, then this will be good time. and if youre someone who loves doing cleansing practices on the last day of the month, then this will work for you. So its simply best if the time is meaningful to YOU
