3/4 cups fresh grated ginger
1 1/2 Tsp nutmeg
1/2 Tsp cinnamon powder
1 Tsp mixed essence
1/2 Cup condensed milk
2 1/2 Cups brown sugar
2 cups evaporated milk
1 Tbsp butter
