This was so good. I've had these pencils for quite a long time but have been focused on my polys. Thanks for reminding me just how much fun they can be :)
cool, a frog like this was my first artwork in coloured pencils. I like your style to draw and paint very much. watercolour pencils are a very good way to build a piece of watercolor. I am not a watercolor-fan but i like watercolour pencils. the moment when you put some water onto the artwork and everything is coming to life...its great. keep on your good work. sadly i am in the middle of an art-crisis...have no inspiration or motivation these days. your videos help a lot to come over this. as a german I can say your pronounciation of "Albrecht Dürer" is very cute and not so bad ;))
Thankyou 😊 I actually did a frog for my first proper coloured pencil piece as well! I never used to be a fan of watercolour, but it's definitely grown on me over the years! But I've always liked working with watercolour pencils 😊 That's okay, everyone goes through artists block! I go through it on a regular basis, but then I remember why I'm doing it (to share with others, especially teaching) and I eventually get back to the art studio and create something I'm glad the tutorials are helpful for you, and I hope you keep watching them and eventually get inspired to start again 😊
aww cute frog :) I use to use watercolour pencils all the time with coloured pencil to save time with an underlayer, prob should again actually but first I need more paper *adds paper to ever growing art supply list lol
I hope you turn this into a Patreon tutorial :) I just ordered the set of faber castell albrecht durer watercolour pencils so this seems like perfect timing.
I actually recorded this a while ago and don't have the entire real-time footage for it unfortunately! But I do plan on making some Patreon tutorials using these pencils in the future 😊
@@miklosnemeth8566 Thank you 😊 On Patreon/KR Fine Art Academy, I actually have a watercolour pencil tutorial of a hornbill and a leopard as well! I have also just purchased the Caran D'ache Museum Aquarelle watercolour pencils so I plan on using them in the future as well! I just work in a lot of mediums so I don't use them as often as others 😊

@@KirstyRebeccaFineArt You are one of the best, if not the best, art instructor. I think this is the only watercolor pencil work you published.
