CAN a 15 HCP Golfer qualify for the open?

The question on everyone's tongue at this years open championship was, 'What would a 15 hcp golfer shoot around the Royal Troon?'.
In this series I will be showing my full round from royal troon.
The open is a competition that anybody can enter through 2 rounds of qualifying before entry into the event. In this first episode of the series, I will be taking on the first round of qualifying at my most local, regional qualifying venue : Kedleston Hall Golf Club.
