21:01 is is something for the very start of the season I struggled with and then when I realised I tried to fix it by just thinking to myself, ‘my dream is to play football it’s to do what I’m doing now and if I’m stressed now is that really what I want to do for the rest of my life’ I love it so much more and I’m so much more confabulation on the ball and calm
Hey Oskar, I've been following you for a while now. I really appreciate your videos they have helped me throughout my journey. I started playing football from zero when I was 18 and I am now currently 19 and I just played my first games of semi pro football. Please continue to make great content and inspire people!

Work on mental training, for example, meditating and visualizing. You also should try to get more experience in the game, like joining a pick up league
This is relatable for me. I was once stuck in your position too, always wondering how to dribble. Well, after so long time, I have learnt that visualisation is extremely crucial. Like don't just sit down and dream yourself beating 4-5 players at once, this will only stress you out more because this NOT something your current and near-future version can do. Here is my advice. Always meditate in the first place. It works much better when your brain is calm. Take a Slow, Deep breath... It's really helpful if you find a professional player similar to you, your current version, not your future self. A lot of players often overrate their abilities and find themselves similar to Messi, Ronaldo, KDB or Van Dijk because of a one BIG reason - they don't know about themselves. But this is not a right thing. Here is what should you do instead. For example, despite my attempts to master close control and dribbling through players, if I list my detailed characteristics I can know that I'm more like T. Müller than Messi. I am a tall, skinny player, has a slow pace and physically weak. My strength are however, my positioning, passing and finishing, and I do not have a specific position that I stick with the whole match, just like him. It's somewhere between CAM/CF/LW/RW. As you said above, if your abilities are good other than taking on defenders, you should look for similar players IRL. Also you should not ignore the physical features too, it makes a difference. I recommend finding as many players similar to you as possible, this is surely going to help you. Watch them and how they deal with the issues you both face. How he/she shoots/passes/crosses? What will the player do under pressure? What if that player is being confronted by a defender? How does this player solve the issue? How they position when defending, counterattacking, or just during the build-up phase. How does he/she moves their body and body parts when performing anything? Oh, do not forget, remain calm. Take a Deep breath... We are emotional living beings. Our emotions will decide how we act. Your performance is positively affected by ANY positive emotions. Find something that always makes you smile. Oh, do you know something? Gently smiling, with or without any reason CAN make you much happier? Yes! This is true! Are you under any emotion you reckon as negative? Take a slow, deep breath... And then smile in a realistic way, not for a few seconds, but keep it like that for a minute or two. Of course, it won't immediately turn you into the happiest human being, but it can certainly boost your positive emotion. Take a deep breath, feel the air slowly filling in your chest. Gently exhale, focus on how the air is leaving. Visualisation is something super useful. It's like practicing football without physically moving. A lot of people struggle with visualisation because their imagined situations are often... unrealistic and often the moments where they are in a significant advantage over their opponents, such as defenders failing to make a block/tackle, the goalkeeper reacting late or falling for your feints... If you have issues with building realistic situations, then don't worry. Go and watch any match between the teams you do NOT support in order to avoid any bias and try imagining you are here and replicate whatever they did that you find useful. I highly recommend having a ball with you when watching games. Why do you need a ball while visualising? Having a ball under your feet and gently moving them during the process of visualising improves your imagination and makes it much more realistic. When they kick or carry the ball focus on the technique they use and touch the ball in a similar way. Make sure you do this in a slow speed, as if it is a yoga with a football.
Surround yourself with people who don't kill your confidence, and as for those who kill your confidence, don't play with them,AT ALL, you'll see a difference
Do i work hard enough? On mondays i do team training On tuesday i just play 2v1 or 2v2 with my friends and doing gymnastik to make my foot stronger and improve physical On thursday i train with my team On sundays or saturdays and if i dont have i just play out with my friends Is that work enough

There's a ladder to the top, make use of it,play whatever level you can in India, then when you get enough cash, Reach out to teams by email in countries like Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, from there you can try Cyprus, then Greece or Turkey, then you can look almost anywhere Let your circumstances build you,not break you

6:15 That's something that I have noticed too. You get a feeling like "another session done, I'm 0.1% closer to my goal", it's hard to explain
