Robert Roberson did nothing wrong and committed no crime. The baby had multiple health issues and died. Let him go and stop this travesty of justice. This is insane.

We would all be shocked and sickened if we knew how many innocent people in prison were railroaded and with ineffective counsel, his own attorney buried him. Confirmation bias is huge in law enforcement. Justice for Robert Robensen is a pardon. Love and respect for Dr. Phil...

Besides the fact that Dr. Phil brought up in this interview, that were not even disclosed at the trial, I believe that Dr. Phil integrity is beyond questionable. The fact, the fact that Dr. Phil has given his time and knowledge in this case should say enough for anybody reconsidering, the death penalty for this gentleman. I pray to God it just prevails. Thank you, Dr. Phil. Thank you committee.

Bottom line. Hind sight is twenty twenty. These "public defenders" are one hundred percent responsible for why this guy is on death row. Dr. Phil brought up evidence that the lawyers should have been using in this case. These lawyers are just a nine to five county employees that did the absolute minimum amount of preparation in this case. These attorneys should never be practicing law. They should be held to account for their negligence.

From the beginning of this, the public defenders wanted to cut a deal, not taking into consideration that just maybe he was innocent. When that didn't happen, that put on a lackluster defense.

The Defence Lawyer should be sued for malpractice !! And the State should be sued for unlawful confinement. This is horrendous and so damn sad.

I’m listening to this in tears. It seems that so much went wrong for Robert here. The pain of your child dying and spending 22 years in prison and ending up on death row… wow… that’s so unfair.
This to me is so scary, so enlightening and again so frightening. If someone is going to be put to death every single stone should have been overturned to leave no doubts!!!! The fact that the child’s medical history record was not even looked at blows my mind!!!
    Looat is

I watched the entire 9 hour hearing today. I started and was glued to it. I sped it up to double time, but wow, it was impressive, especially that it’s happening in Texas.

It's sickening that Gov. Abbott being physically handicapped will do nothing to make sure a mentally handicapped man receives a fair trial.

@@Monkeylady86 Hopefully they had medical professionals testifying. Phil is such a charlatan, IMHO. I can't even listen to him, considering how he exploits people who think he can help them.
