I might take that one upgrade it and use it as as a ship stealer in serpentis system, I’ve got to a point of liking fast and small ships for that purpose. Easy way to farm credits, xp, and weapons
I've noticed we have quite a few of those "named ships", like the Warhorse, Murasame and the Shieldbreaker for exemple, that are 'just' a named version of another ship, but not because they're Crimson or Ecliptic. Would Love to see a lore thing in game to know why those got their names, they sure have a reason, right? Also hope for more of those eventually. I know the game was just released but I Can't wait for more ship parts and new ships. Also, a little tip for everyone. In case you didn't knew, it is possible to change the hab module without the need to pic another, even in shipbuilders that don't have that hab for sale. All you gotta do is click on the hab and change the hab like when you get a new one, using the arrows in the controler, not sure about the keyboard but just use the same command to change modules, and the change is free. SO, it is possible to change from living quarters to control room, for exemple, without spending any credits, so extra crew in the ship for free if you so desire. Also also, the Warhorse is the Mustang and, if I'm not mistaken, the Raven Ecliptic, so, good hunting.
I like the Frontier and I hope to find a reason to fly her again with upgrades. Fly a Warhorse and pretend she's a Frontier? I've been flying an upgraded Falcata and really enjoy it, a bit like the lil brother of a Va' ruun Vigil. The Vigil, B Class ship, I boarded but could not fly (yet). At least that's one crew that will not fly her either. (evil laugh) The configuration of the Falcata with the armory switched out made more sense to me. But Va'ruun ships are sexy beasts. Meanwhile I am one step closer to Star Eagle and hope to fly her before she's as irrelevant as a Frontier (starter version) is as a daily driver.
As a custom ship the Warhorse should ONLY appear on Neon. It is in the same group as the Murasame or the Narwhal, etc. You could get a generic Mustang elsewhere, but then you need to raise your character level to get access to the mark II or mark III variants.
@@CrimsonFlyboy I think you're wrong about that. There are special custom ships that only appear in one place in the game, and are available regardless of player level. They're usually easily spotted by their custom paint jobs. Other examples would be the Shieldbreaker on New Atlantis, the Silent Runner from Hopetown, the Shackleton(also from Hopetown, but at a different vendor, similar to how the Warhorse and Narwhal are offered on Neon).

Nice little ship, I also really like the old school landing gear.

It can spawn in any of the generic ship vendors, and sadly, you can't get a mk II or mk III version, only a tier 1
