Not As I Remember It

Do you ever have dreams in familiar places from your past, but they’re not the same as you remember? Maybe the trees are darker, the liveliness of it all is a lot quieter, or the grand feeling of the place as a kid has shrunken significantly. That all makes this once familiar place somewhere completely new and one that requires a rediscovery. That is what I tried to capture here.
