I love how people complain about grass getting torn up. It’s winter and it’ll get fixed in the spring. I’m contract with the city and on my route there’s a couple dead ends with guard rails. I have no choice but to push it on the city property next to the street. Last time the guy went completely unhinged at me. I can not wait for my biggest stress to be a torn up lawn.

Certain parts of ny get a lot of snow we are probally at 8 foot total for the season down here in lake effect snow country. Not all at once and a lot melted before Christmas then we got another 2 foot the other day.

I’d go back to glass and fix it so the door closes and if people keep breaking it and can’t shut the door send them home. I get it happening once but everyone should have learned from that persons mistake in a small company like that.

It’s my truck, I use it for work because it’s just so much easier on my end and it gives us access to a transfer tank without calling Tom and waiting on fuel

What weather apps do you watch?
Do you all run the dually trucks in 4wd or is it not necessary with the bigger trucks?
For small storms you can easily plow in 2wd when loaded with salt. The pickups are useless in 2wd.
