Hey Dusty you should contact your state and federal Representatives including your senators requesting them to repeal section 230 Communications decency Act of 1996. This section is what prevents lawsuits against big Tech if it's repealed they start becoming more responsible for the content

I anonymously posted a message on their FB page telling people that that page is not you and your family and not to spend money because they will get nothing in return. It says the “admin “ has to approve the post so it may not get posted but I had to try. I have been scammed by others and it makes me really angry when they do it to someone as hardworking and upstanding as you and your family. Maybe they will be dumb enough to post it.

WOW it's worse than can be imagined on Facebook! The logo now is a C inside a gray circle. I reported a few. Sorry they did that. I don't know how, but you need to get certified. Then, people will know the stuff is yours. It's a circle with checkmark beside your name. Ask Daniel, he has it.

For what it is worth, i got results fast when i posted a complaint on the National Chamber of Commerce and National Better Business Bureau websites I had ordered a product advetetised on tv, I ordered by mail and sent a check . The outfit sent me a hand written post card telling me they lost my check and please send another. I put a stop payment on the check. But there was no way to contact the seller. Out of frustration I left complaints on the Nat Chamber of Commerce and the BBB. A few weeks later , I found a box on my door step. It contained 6 bottles of product but I had only ordered one. There was no return address and no invoice or packing slip in the box. . i was pleasantly surprised. Someone read my complaints and took action.
Go to the FBI they have a special unit just for this kind of thing. (copy right infringement???)

I found 2 others an orange logo and grey both are new I messaged them to y’all!
I reported a brown logo and a yellow. I also say Dusty’s black one.

It’s amazing FB is so complacent with the fraud. I’d think through the laws under FTC there may be some recourse. I get the feeling talking with FB is like with my health insurance. You can’t get past customer service level to someone who actually understands the situation. I know in our area we have through the police and state attorney general, there are people who work on internet fraud. Oklahoma should have something similar.

Dusty, just a suggestion, if you can get a meeting with you US Congressional Representative perhaps you could encourage them to write some legislation that would force Facebook and other such media companies to be more responsible. You have over a quarter million subscribers who probably vote and care for you and your family as well as honesty etc. Unfortunately, the internet and TH-cam are in the "Wild West" stage and the boundaries and rules are immature at this time. I realize it is another job for you (like you don't already have a completely full plate) but I think it is something that must be done eventually. Fraud on social media and the internet is a real problem. I wish you the best of luck.

I "liked" and followed a page that was created only in the last month or two and has all the details that Dusty described, has now 5.2K followers (has gained already more than a thousand or two today - just from this video) - Not the over 7K that dusty described in the fake account. Clicking on Contact us takes me to the Cross Timbers website. That is NOT the fake page.
I will go to the fake FB page and report it and spam that page and tell everyone it’s a Fake page!

Time to get a lawyer as your business, income, ability to make a living, reputation, and family are being hurt. You have standing. They need a cease and desist order and then to be taken to court.
This is nearly useless if these thieves are working out of a foreign country. Dusty absolutely HAS to register his trademark with the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO). Once he’s registered it, he’ll be able to display the small TM at the edge of his logo. When it’s approved, then he’ll display the R in the circle symbol. He’ll have to pay the USPTO a fee (I think it’s due every 3 years) to keep it registered. In the meantime, the TM indicates the logo has been ‘trade marked’ and is his Intellectual Property…….something that Facebook will go after and shut down the imposter(s). He should also look into copyrighting each of his videos (that’s the letter ‘C’ in a circle), as this also signifies his Intellectual Property.

BTW I first found you through your brother n law Daniel Arms Family Homestead. I have sent many request to get in touch and nothing. Neither Scott or I Trudy have a facebook or a paypal account. Dusty, if the scanmers are having people fill out an application people are probably putting their social security numbers and drivers license numbers and a whole host of personal information on the applications. People's identities can be stolen that way. I see many other people have suggested it but it's imperative to get a lawyer! That said, I hope mama doesn't keep leaving her baby alone too often or at night. Scary. Come on mama! Take care of your little one. ❤
Have contacted your Sheriff's office, cyber crimes division. Or your State police? With the names you showed, I would say they are overseas. The Feds should be able to find them.

Back to reality ... This happens all the time with cattle. A cow will "hide" her young calf away from the heard while she goes to graze (a few minutes to herself). It's important to leave the calf alone so the cow can return to the hide site. I've never witnessed a cow abandoning the calf from the hiding event. This is evident since the buffalo cow came running to reclaim the calf.
That mama sure came running, to protect her baby. She shot an indgnant “ look” back at Dusty. as if to say. “You scared my baby!” 🦬💕
@@prarieborn6458 Mama Cow ... We were separating cows from calves for branding. A cow got separated and came at me from across a large feeder. The bulls are tough, butt the cows with babies will take you out.

Call your state officials and ask them what they can do. Go to your sheriff/police and fill out a report of stolen property and anything else applicable. You know a lot of people and a lot of people know you. It's Election time. Call/ visit people running and see if any of them can help you. It would help their campaign greatly.
If you still use your white logo as you did today on your You Tube video that is confusing. Have you spoken to a lawyer for advice on what can be done w/the ID theft? Maybe a company like Life Lock can help . I have used them for many years myself. Good luck.
Also check your Homeowner’s policy. some policies have coverage for identity theft.. There is usually a $$ limit to the benefit such as$25K, & they provide persons to do the” legwork”. My friend has Homeowners through the Farmers Grange in her area. They handled and resolved an ID theft issue for her.
I saw 3 Cross Timbers Bison fb pages. 1 was definitely a fake one and I reported it. 1 has the black logo. The other has an orange circle with a big C next to name. Fan pages and opinion pages do not violate fb policies since they aren't selling anything. I hope this helps.

It’s stuff like this that infuriates me. I don’t have a Facebook page any more because my page was hacked 3 times. Even having very strong passwords changing monthly. They still hacked me. I see facebook is very easy to steal pages, and they don’t care if your pages are hacked. I would be surprised if its Facebook employees are part of it.

I would have filed a report with FB. And sued FB for taking down your page. Sue the fake page. Report them to the agriculture level and Attorney General.

On TH-cam your name has the white logo on it so if I wanted to follow you on Facebook I would automatically think the white logo was legit cuz it matches your TH-cam logo. Just saying you might want to change it to the black logo so that people don't get confused.

Tried to find the hackers account you were talking about but it does not come up on FB. There are 2 other fake account 1) with a C with a grey background and 2) a C with an orange background. Reported both of them. Followed your new account. I hope this means that the hackers account has been deleted. Fingers crossed 🤞 Love your videos! Love your family and everything you all stand for! My FB account was hacked twice in one week. The second time they changed my password & I could no longer get in.
I haven't been on FB in about 4-5 yeras.

I personally am band from FB and have been for a year and a half. I do not miss it. I also do not trust the FBI to do anything to help you, however that is about the only other option you have or OSBI.

The question (as I see it) is this, Dusty. IS facebook receiving monies (advertising) in revenue from this scammer's page? If so, that would be why they don't want to do anything about it. It's always about the money being taken in. This is one reason I refuse to open any socilaist media accounts. They're worse than AOL ever thought of being (as a virus). God bless you in your efforts.
