But, unlike Nepali Origin population, induction of Tibetan Origin People from Tibet have ceased with the take over of Tibet by Red Chinese in 1950. Whereas the growth in the population of Nepali Origin people did not cease due to open gate policy adopted by the Govt. Of India through the Indo-Nepal Treaty of 1950 which is still in operation. O
