They were trying to say that Luka couldn’t be the cause of any loss to the Finals because he was the true reason they got to the Finals in the first place. That makes no sense. The playoff games prior to the Finals are different from the playoff games in the Finals. That’s just… an obvious fact. Luka got the Mavericks close to another title and a great, exciting season ending for fans, and I’m sure the city of Dallas will appreciate the success it took to get here-but, with all due respect, any success and credit Luka deserves for those pre-Finals performances have no bearing on his performances during the Finals.

Wildes went from not having a pick in the finals to gaining the whole Celtics fan base lol. People fell for it exactly as he planned😭

But saying that the Mavs are losing because of lack of offense is disrespecting Boston's defense (#2) in the league. And even not taking into consideration that JM is beating JK in the coaching department.
And the stats about Celtics record when scoring less than 107 is mis-leading as well. Boston average 91 FG attempt in the regular season, they average only 83 shots this series. Thats a difference of 8 shot that lead to an extra 10pts easily. Dallas just slow the game down with Luka and Kyrie iso ball, so the scoring on both sides will be less.
