I have tried a half dozen of these type of coolers and they don't last long. I replaced the cooling device a few times you might get a year out of them and you still need ice packs to help keep things cold. If you need light weight then ok but now they make coolers with real compressor and the works. Freon is the best type of cooler. And the weight is not as much as a problem like it was with earlier versions.

Cool...but not usefull in practical life.

Not a good use of super capacitors , as the inverter cut off voltage will leave a lot energy left in the capacitors. Voltage step up buck converter should be used to say 12v for led bulbs. Don't use an inverter as there is energy losses there.

Peltier cooler will work. However very inefficient.
Evaporating and condencing coolers are much better suited for the task.
As for the supercapacitors... Why?
Why not just use the 12v straight from the battery?
By charging and discharging the capacitor bank, you're just needlesly transferring energy from one place to another, wasting energy.
